Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. To ensure this, we use the courier services of reputed private courier companies. In case no such courier service is available for your address, we will ship your order via India Post registered service.

Once the parcel is shipped, you will receive a message on your registered email informing you about the details of the shipment and its tracking number.

 

Shipping fees and delivery time:

  1. If the delivery address is in India, you can expect to receive your orders within 4 to 8 days from the date of placing the order. The fees we charge depend on the total shopping amount:

    • For orders worth Rs. 1,000 and above: FREE shipping

    • For orders worth between Rs. 500 and Rs. 999: Flat Rs. 50

    • For orders worth up to Rs. 499: Flat Rs. 100

  2. If the delivery address is outside India, you can expect to receive your orders within 8 to 14 days from the date of placing the order. The fees we charge for international shipments are minimal and depend on the weight of the parcel.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Us:

1. If for any reason we cannot ship your order, we will fully refund the charged amount and all bank transaction charges will be borne by us.

Cancellation by Customer:

1. You can cancel your order before the parcel is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of order shall be requested via email with Subject:” Cancellation Request” sent to desk@karmica.in. The email shall contain the following details: 1- Order ID, 2- Cancellation Reason.

3. If cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, we will refund the full amount minus the applicable bank transaction charges.

 

Return Policy

​1. If you wish to return a product, we will accept returns and fully refund the paid amount under the following conditions only:

  • The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you.

  • A wrong product has been sent to you.

  • The product is deemed faulty by us.

We do not exchange or provide refunds for products if you have:

  • ordered or chosen incorrectly,

  • changed your mind, or taste,

  • incorrectly stored the product (storage instructions are on the label).

​2. DO NOT SEND the product back before your return request is accepted. Return request shall be made via email with the Subject ”Return Request” sent to desk@karmica.in. The email shall contain the following details: 1- Order ID, 2- Return Reason.

3. The return request shall be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Afterwards, the request will not be considered.

4. After receiving the return request, our team will get in touch with you to understand the reason for the request, and you shall share photos of the product in its original packing.

Our team shall have the right to decide about accepting or rejecting the return request.

5. If the return request is accepted, we may ask you to return the item(s). In such a case, we will arrange for pickup of the item(s).

6. We will issue full refund for the returned items.

7. If you wish to have the item replaced instead of getting a refund, you can let us know.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund shall be made under the following conditions:

  • If order is cancelled: In such a case, refund will be initiated according to our Cancellation Policy. 

  • If order is not delivered to the recipient (due to an error by us or the courier company): The customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

  • If order is not delivered to the recipient (due to unfound or unavailable recipient, or wrong delivery address): The customer will get a refund after deducting shipping costs.

  • If the customer has complaints regarding the quality of the delivered product: Please refer to the Return Policy for details.

2. No refund amount, under any circumstances, can exceed the amount paid by customer. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

3. No discounted or exempted amount can be claimed for refund.

4. All refund amounts will be credited in the same account from where it is deducted.

5. All refund amounts will be credited within 5 working days after decision about refund is taken.
